Measurement Primer: Personal Version was developed in response to requests by users of the online instructional program. Having the program on your own computer will be especially helpful if you are using a dial-up modem or if you do not always have immediate access to the Internet/WWW.
Your personal version comes with a special browser (independent of the browser installed on your machine). Interactive files are displayed with familiar keyboard or mouse movements. The personal version mirrors the content of the online program but with significant increase in ease of moving from file to file and returning to a previous page for review. The personal version also has capability for a full-text search of all included files.
Measurement Primer: Personal Version uses a Windows-based platform (Windows 9x/ME/NT/2000). The online version is the alternative for users with other operating systems.
